Public verification

Verify a signed document

No account needed. Enter the verification code from the sealed PDF to confirm it is an authentic DocSign record.

How verification works

Every document sealed in DocSign is stamped with a unique verification code and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the signed file.

Enter the code

Find the verification code printed on the sealed PDF — it looks like DSGN-XXXX-XXXX — and enter it above.

We confirm the seal

We look up the sealed record and confirm the document name, its signing status, and when it was signed.

Compare the fingerprint

Every sealed document carries a SHA-256 fingerprint you can use to confirm the file you hold is the signed original.
